“Very happy with the toy. Luckily it arrived in good condition as the postman left it on the doorstep to get soaked in the rain. My neighbour rescued it. If you had used the Royal Mail tracking system (as another toy company did) I would have had notice of delivery day and then I could have arranged to collect it (as I did with the other toy). The packaging was damaged but not the toy or its box.”

“Easy to order & items were delivered on time. One of the smaller items, a puzzle, was damaged in transit, but upon speaking to Mulberry Bush a replacement was sent out within a couple of days. Overall happy with the service & items received.”
