“I ordered a gift for my grandchild to be sent to her address in Arundel. I put the address where it was to be delivered in your online form. It was delivered to my address here in Faversham - I then had to send it on to Arundel which cost £7.49 Royal Mail first class. An expensive mistake on the part Of Mulberry Bush,”

Dear Customer, we have checked and we sent your order to the address that you requested. I'm afraid you asked us to deliver to Faversham, not Arudnel. Sorry to say, but we did what you asked us to do. This was as shown on your Order Acknowledgement email, sent to you when you placed your order - we can send you a copy of this email if it helps.

“I found the purchase experience stress free and although the gifts are sitting in a hiding spot until Christmas morning I am sure my grandson will love my choices. I especially appreciate that they were pre wrapped in festive gift wrap and were delivered so quickly.”
