“My order was very late, and also arrived in a very disappointing form. This, I learned was a “temporary problem” Mulberry were struggling with, as they had been let down both with delivery and quality, by their new Printing Company. The gift was so poor, I could not possibly give it to my Grandson. However, as soon as Mulberry became aware of my problem they refunded me in full with no fuss whatsoever. I will, therefore, very happily give this company another chance and will be ordering again soon.”

“Initially not too happy when ordering online the screen just vanished - after paying- and I wasn't sure whether my order had gone through . However, a phone call was promptly answered and investigated and I was assured all was OK and I was sent a receipt via email The product was delivered successfully on time, both myself and the recipient received information on delivery. Apparently the gift was very well received and more than lived up to expectation- a new favourite toy! Thank you”
