“I have ordered from Mulberry Bush many times over the years. My latest order was all I could wish for, everything came nicely packaged and was received quickly in view of the fact that the items were personalised for presents. Because of that, I haven't opened the items but all appears to be well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mulberry Bush for it's exellent range of traditional as well as innovative toys and other items for children and the service I receive.”

“Ordered 6am Saturday morning and paid £7 for next day delivery thinking it would arrive Monday latest but didn’t arrive until Tuesday Also didn’t realise that the butterfly kit did not come with certain thing and had to order them again”

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you were disappointed with both the item and the delivery. Our Next Day delivery service is next working day, as we state clearly in multiple places on our website with example of if you order on day X it will be delivered on day Y. We also show the actual expected delivery day when you select Next Day delivery: so with you ordering on a Saturday it would have shown right there that the delivery would likely arrive on the Tuesday. We're sorry if you did not see that. Similarly, in our product description for the Butterfly Garden Kit we explain clearly that "The Live Insect Box shown is not sent with this kit, there is a voucher worth £11.99 inside the box to order the caterpillars separately". Again, apologies if you did not read this before ordering.
