“Great service, however a little disappointed with the soft dolly as I thought it would come with the name on it was advertised as. I did notice the personalisation part when ordering but I thought that it already came with its name.”

“Product excellent, abd accurate, I purchased personalised children's crayons. Delivery and communication also very good. Only one improvement, the plastic case holding the pencils was not very good quality and had split down the side so I had to sellotape it shut.”

“I'm sure my grandchildren will love the colouring pencils with their names on them. Although they were carefully packaged in bubble-wrapped bags, the plastic cases, containing the crayons, both had tears in them - I did some running repairs. I wonder if, given the problem with single-use plastic the company could research other alternatives? Other than this, I'm happy with my choice.”

“My product was damaged during delivery. I was very impressed by the speed of the response from mulberry bush and their ‘no quibble’ approach to replacing the product very swiftly. Excellent service and a lovely present for my niece.”

“I chose to order my grandchildren's Christmas presents from this company rather than Amazon as I prefer to support independent businesses. Their selection of toys is great and the website is easy to navigate. I had some issues with delivery from their courier, DPD, but these were eventually resolved by the sales staff at MB. I can't comment on the individual items I bought as they haven't been opened yet.”

“Arrived well packaged and timely considering the postal strike. Smaller than I thought but a Christmas gift so cannot yet comment on the product itself as we don't want to open it up... Maybe we'll get a bag of nails and some branches for hammer practise before starting on the (seems at the moment) more technical stuff! Thank you for good service, no problems so far and your catalogue has things I remember from my childhood but haven't seen for years.”
