I ordered 3 weeks ago, but my hamper was due for delivery on the 18th Nov, but it's now the 23rd Nov and it has still not arrived and DPD state they have not received it. This was expensive, nearly £300 , bought as a gift and still not arrived. Very poor!

We placed an order last Friday and it took for a week for it to arrive two ends after the end of Eid. No apologies given just excuses

Salaam shabaz, as discussed via our email communications your order was delivered late due to your order being placed after the eid delivery cut off date and it being a bank holiday weekend. We try our best to deliver by eid but due to the sheer volume of orders is not possible to adhere to this if we do not have a cut off date. this cut off date is a universal e-commerce process as you will see even large corporate brands have this during xmas for example to help prioritise orders and smooth running of dispatch etc. If we had made a mistake or done anything in error we would be transparent and own up to our errors as we have no benefit in covering up or making excuses. We hope once you received the items that your recipients were happy with them and hopefully if you do use us in the near future just be mindful of our cut off dates for eid or email us we will be happy to confirm for you many thanks

Salaam Mohammed, many thanks for your review and we are sorry that there was a mix up with your gift. We did advise your partner i believe that we would replace it and we called twice but no answer...we would have told your recipient to keep the one they received and send the one you originally paid for... Unfortunately Ramadan is a very busy time for us and unfortunately, human error happened here In regards to delivery, you selected free standard delivery therefore there is no nominated day here. never received my order. paid for dpd shipping and yet never arrived. have not even received a refund or any correspondence from the business.

Hi We had reached out to you requesting that you provide us with a commercial or residential address. Your parcel came back to us as the delivery address that was supplied to us was for a PO Box. We believe this one-star rating is completely unfair as we had emailed you but received no response. Regards Mubarak London

Hi Tasleem This Christmas we received an extremely high number of orders which resulted in many of our products running out of stock, hence why we advised our customers via social media to order as soon as they can so they will be able to get the items they want. We also had sent you an email informing you that we will be replacing the rose with a box of Bateel dates to which you had agreed and the replacement item was worth double the price of the missing item. If you were not happy with the replacement product we could have cancelled your order for you and issued a refund. Many thanks Mubarak London Team

Hi there - we can see that you placed your order via our next day delivery service and it has been delivered within the correct service chosen - apologies the review email was sent before you received your parcel. Feedback emails are not always sent out knowing when an order has been delivered unfortunately as they are automated. We hope your order is all ok and hope you can change your 1 star review for us based on you receiving your parcel on time and your order process etc? Many thanks

Very unsatisfied with how long the delivery took. Ordered on the 27th and when asked which date for delivery I asked for the 3rd as it was a birthday gift. But never arrived in the 3rd although the email confirmed it would be, instead received a message stating it will now be the 4th of May instead. Stayed home all day hoping not to miss the delivery only for it to be changed to the 5th which is today. Still do not have high hopes.

Hello, Sorry to hear this. The date you asked for was a bank holiday, hence why it has been delayed, we have checked and your order was due to arrive on the 4th, delays from the courier has led to this further delay. We apologise sometimes delays occur and we cannot control what happens as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Dear Lauren, we sincerely apologise for your order not being delivered within the next day delivery service! We dispatched this in time but it seems DPD have not fulfilled their side of their commitments. We will refund you £8.99 for the next day delivery and sincerely apologise that it wasn't delivered in time. this is not the service we usually deliver and you will see this from our customer service rating. After two days I got an email saying now out for delivery. On the day get an email from DPD stating that it will be delivered today and guess what....not delivered. This was a gift, that too an expensive one. Won't be using this company again.

Hello Razia - many thanks for your review... We have looked into this matter and we can see that your order was placed on 26th October (Monday) and you selected standard 3-5 working days, therefore the latest delivery for your order would be Friday 30th October. Your delivery was made within your selected delivery option and sometimes the drivers try their best to squeeze to get the delivery earlier if they can so we imagine that the driver on this occasion probably thought he could get it to your earlier but then realised he couldn't so apologies for this. Nonetheless, was the gift received all ok? perhaps a 1 star rating is a little harsh in our opinion as we try our utmost to: - provide you with beautiful, unique and quality products - take care in packaging all the items for you - hit our delivery deadlines so you get your order within your selected delivery option We understand the miscommunication with your delivery was an issue with DPD and take that on board of course and again apologies for this but we would have assumed it still arrived in time and in good condition and that would have accounted for perhaps a 3 star at least maybe? Looked nothing like the box shown online, much smaller than what is shown to consumers. Also, dates were very unpleasant, so salty.

Hello Aqsa, sorry to hear you were not happy with the product. We simply had to change the lid of the product due to Covid19 packaging supply issue. We have not stipulated any false dimensions of the product but if your dates were not aesthetically pleasing please send us a picture, this could be poor handling of the courier. We wish you would have contacted us before putting a negative review as you can see customer service is very important to us so we of course would have resolved this for you. in regards to the salty dates then we haven't had any issues with flavour at all, perhaps you ate the salted caramel flavour...
