“The website doesn’t state clearly what date delivery should be. My message was not delivered fully when I clearly stated signed my name.”

Salaam Rabia, We are shocked that you have given us a 2 star review? We think this is very unreasonable...not only have we had an Eid cut off date on our website for over 1 month and all our social media platforms...all our delivery date commitments are clearly on the website. you gave us 2 stars despite not paying for nominate day delivery and us delivering your hamper on the date you wanted it to be delivered so we are confused as to how this constitutes for a 2 star review? We have also been in communication with yourself whenever you asked a question and responded swiftly. No delay to your order, no poor communication and we are pretty sure your recipient loved their gift too and hence you gave us a 2 star review.... How sad of a situation that our own community are so harsh on us and then you have non muslims who praising us...

“Items were all ok but as I made a bespoke hamper I was expecting the items to be gift wrapped. They just came in bubble wrap. Very disappointing.”

Hi Rachel - thanks for your review and we have looked into your order. you ordered 4 items and you didn't create a bespoke hamper as you didn't select the create your own hamper service which allows you to select a hamper box and gift card message. This is why your items were not gift wrapped Many thanks

“Not worth the price tag. Items upon looking at them could be purchased at a fraction of the price.The box was not labelled as shown in the picture (no embossed brand logo - so a cheap sticker placed instead … for £100 hamper). Company website states they have “live chat and WhatsApp” available to their customers including a telephone number …. No such thing. Number doesn’t work at all. Information is mislead. When it took more days than specified to deliver with no notice, it was forced to try all avenues on social media to contact them. No notice at all that they were closed during Eid - for a professional company you’d think they would notify customers when placing an order. Considering customers have paid so much.”

However, the contents inside were not of inadequate quality, we did include an extra item for you. “Ordering online, I selected the named day delivery (at extra cost) but it went straight to checkout and didn't let me select the date. I emailed and informed them of the date of the delivery and also to amend the recipient name. Sadly the name remained as my own and the order arrived one day earlier than it should have, which isn't great considering it was for an anniversary. The gifts are fine, you could get the same elsewhere however it's the quality of service and attention to detail that generates repeat custom and based on my experience I won't be using them again. There's plenty of other options out there.”

Hello - many thanks for your feedback, we have looked into your order and it was paced on 28th via standard delivery which is 3-5 working days. Therefore your order was delivered in time according to the service you had selected. In regards to the gift cards then apologies for this, this certainly was human error, did you check the box properly as sometimes they can get hidden within all the void packaging? We hope the product itself was great as it is a bestseller and all our products are of a high quality.

“The box i oreder was for a wedding. The white box was lovely, but upon opening it the contents looked tacky and were not presented as nicely as the pictures shown on the website. They were wrapped messily in bubble wrap and tissue paper and the chocolate bar was broken. I was expecting it to be packaged like a perfume set or cosmetics gift set with acrylic inserts to hold items in place. Thankyou.”

Dear Zaqarta, we're sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your items, this is a very rare occasion as you can see from the reviews however we certainly could have rectified any damaged goods for you. In regards to the packaging of th items then it is necessary to have them bubble wrapped simply because even if there were inserts there would be a high chance of breakages. I can assure you that large corporate hamper companies often bubble wrap items also and although we would love to be able to have each box with a bespoke acrylic insert unfortunately due to us being a small business still we are not at the stage i'm afraid. We will certainly take your comments on board and hope that you would give us another try as we have lots of new collections which still look very presentable for your recipients upon arrival.
