“I really enjoyed using Mabarak London gifts they provided the most delicious foods with the most creative variety that any person would desire, all tastefully wrapped up to give some class and style. “Didn’t get the items I ordered”

Hi Tasleem This Christmas we received an extremely high number of orders which resulted in many of our products running out of stock, hence why we advised our customers via social media to order as soon as they can so they will be able to get the items they want. We also had sent you an email informing you that we will be replacing the rose with a box of Bateel dates to which you had agreed and the replacement item was worth double the price of the missing item. If you were not happy with the replacement product we could have cancelled your order for you and issued a refund. Many thanks Mubarak London Team

“I received a Mubarak London hamper as a nikah gift and loved it so I thought I would gift this to a friend for her nikah. After placing the order I received a confirmation and nothing more for a few days. It was only after contacting on Instagram that there seemed to be some movement the next day, which was 5 days after I placed the order. In the end, I received this hamper after my friend’s nikah which was disappointing. The service is professional, however, it should be more efficient.”

Hi there - we can see that you placed your order via our next day delivery service and it has been delivered within the correct service chosen - apologies the review email was sent before you received your parcel. Feedback emails are not always sent out knowing when an order has been delivered unfortunately as they are automated. We hope your order is all ok and hope you can change your 1 star review for us based on you receiving your parcel on time and your order process etc? Many thanks

“Great choice of gifts. Very well presented hamper/gift box - perfect for a special gift. Ordered 2 hampers but there was a misprint on both enclosed cards - shame but overall good products and service.”
