“Brilliant service!! Amazing customer care! I'm very pleased with my new sofa. Lovely people came to my place 3rd floor and no lift!!!! No complaints and helped me with setting it up with a smile. “Everything was ok. What I would improve is the communication re the delivery time. I was told that my delivery will be between 12.00 and 5.0pm which made me wait for all those 5h at home. The real delivery was around 6 pm without any warning in advance.”

“Ordered a couch and came in after 4 weeks. Fantastic quality and very comfy. Only issue is the color wasn’t what we thought it was. We reached out to them about it and they not only had a quick response time and responded within 1-2 hours, they resolved the issue and helped us out. Highly recommend.”
