“The Kidderminster branch diagnosed the fault in the exhaust sensor but due to furlough of staff sent me to Redditch. The manager was very helpful and informative ordered the new sensor on Wednesday. I returned today Thursday and they fitted the new sensor straight away. Back on the road. Thank you all for your help. Ron McCartney.”

“Amazing couple of guys, sorted my stuck on locking nut even after I wrongly accused them of putting it on too tight months earlier, (wrong wheel, Im getting old sorry again). I cant praise them highly enough, service with a smile”

“So I have just been to the one in Farnworth and they guys there were amazing. I went in with a rattling heat shield. One of the guys took my car for a drive came back out it on a different ramp and found the pesky heat shield. Next minuet 3 guys were working on my car to get it fixed quickly. All I can say is that they were so helpful and they fixed it! No problem 😉 good job! 🥳”

“Booked in for a major service at the Kidderminster store. Manager and fitter were both very pleasant and helpful. Told me exactly what needed doing and gave me advice. Very friendly. Will defo be coming back!”

“Normanton Branch- absolutely amazing team who never fail to deliver a fantastic service. Positive customer support and deal with queries even when they are soo busy! It’s my go to garage after the help and quick fix to my car (DPF). The manager really bent over backwards to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Highly recommended for any car issues, service or MOT.”

“Louth/Lincoln Mr Tyres. I had a service with them in late Feb/ March 2020 and it transpired there was a fault with a new part-the fuel filter. 3 weeks later this lead to a breakdown and a serious problem- all as Covid 19 was impacting. The response of the Louth and Lincoln Mr Tyres was excellent from the point of my first discussion with them. A full repair, valet and needed MOT all completed with no charge. Things sometimes go wrong, no matter that we all work at our best professional level. I can only judge staff- Lee and Andy on how they put things right for me and that was five star. It was an uncomfortable experience for everyone, but I cannot criticise their response at all. I will keep using them. My car works better now than it did before the problem!”

“Fantastic service! Currently a keyworker managing a care home. On the way to work I had a flat tyre and Mr tyre was good enough to 1. Still be open and 2. Provide immediate help! I wouldn't of been able to continue with my job if these guys were not so attentive and willing to help. It's very much appreciated that in times like these you can rely on professional support, Thanks guys!”

“I’m a Social Care Keyworkers during the current Corona virus and would like to commend the fantastic service and support for me today - keeping me on the road so that I can continue to support vulnerable disabled people in community. “There's nothing free about the "alignment check" that is offered when you book a tyre fitting on line. It's a misleading sales technique. It's an inspection only The adjustment costs £29.95. It should be pointed out to customers who visit the website that this fee will be charged if the alignment is found to be in need of adjustment.”

Dear Andrew, Alongside all other retailers, we offer a 'Free wheel alignment check' and once the check is completed, you have the option to either have it done and pay for that or just accept the 'free check' and leave it at that. You have sent a complaint to our customer service team in which you stated: "I understood from the readings that the tracking / alignment was out of true. But that was clear to me anyway. The technician said there was a charge of £29.95. I reluctantly gave consent because I wanted the new tyres to be safe and to wear evenly". You say 'reluctantly' but that was definitely your choice. There's absolutely no pressure, it's completely up to the customer to decide. In fact, it's much better to know whether it needs adjusting or not, even if you decide not to have it done at that time. I am sorry that you decided to rate us poorly, simply because aren't happy with the wording on our website. In your email to us, you said you were happy with the work and you don't want to complain about our branch that did the work. Kind regards, Mr Tyre Customer Services Team

“Needed to get my car exhaust repaired and 2 boxes added to get the noise down was done and re checked a week ltr and adjusted perfect now great team there Gary walkden”
