“Spent weeks looking for an exhaust without success, yet the solution was so close, having booked an appointment I drove into the Castle Boulevard depot at 2.00pm for an estimate and drove out at 5.15pm with an new exhaust, that had been constructed on site, the team members were very helpful, and service excellent .”

“I ordered winter tyres and confirmation was emailed , and then another email a week later to say that was a delay with delivery , I didn’t hear anything so I called them and was told that they didn’t have the tyres in stock Total waste of time”

“Took my car to Mr tyre in Lincoln this morning to have new brake discs and pads fitted, the boys had my car up on the ramp and called me over to look,on inspection it was clear that they didn't need replacing so the guys cleaned them up and saved me a great deal of money. So thank you Chris and the team for the excellent customer service that you have been giving me on all my visits 😀 👍 😄”

“Originally email Andy for the booking and price all with efficient communication and took a call from me to confirm date, time etc. Arrived on the day and was met by the fitter Kevin who explained process, showed parts to choose and gave excellent advice. Collected my van after having back box removed and a free flow with tail pipe fitted. The look and sound of my new purchase made me feel i got value for money with exceptional service all round. Well done lads.”

“My Daughter is a Nurse and had to get her front brakes fixed in a hurry on her KIA Sportage, we rang our local branch at swadlincote who quoted us £195 for the work which is what I would expect to pay. So the following day she turned up at the branch in her nurses uniform after a busy day and not only did these guys look after her in a professional & courteous manner, they fixed all the issues she had on her car at a fraction of the price they had quoted. Absolutely fantastic service, all my family use these guys for tyres etc but we will all definitely be back. Can't praise them highly enough, Suberb service!!!!!!”

“My tyre had a slow, I asked for a new tire even though mine was new. The guy had a look at it and found it was only the valve was leaking so didn't need a new one, saved me a packet! What a legend, thanks Louie Butler at Aylestone Road!”

“Tyre change at Mansfield Rd, Derby. Unfortunately alloy got damaged during tyre change. Not ideal but these things happen! Was very impressed with honesty of the branch & with Dean (manager), who did everything he said he would, when he said he would. Alloy was repaired at Mr Tyres cost. Would use again despite the issue. Was nice to receive some old fashioned customer service & actually feel like a valued customer!”

“gave my car to get 4 new tyres instead left with very damaged alloys and then they admitted was them but blamed the paint work then when i tried to complain they kept saying it wasn’t them . very rude staff . will never be coming back”

“Having just finished a 12 hour shift myself I called into My Tyre's Tamworth branch to leave a wheel with them for a puncture repair. Instead they fixed it straight away saving me a lot of time which I don't get much of. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes and the staff were efficient and very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend for both service and price. Well done Mr Tyre.”

“Bang !!! That thud on the motorway you dread. Mr Tyre at Ashton, courteous and welcoming on the phone but when we met at site, what a true gent and very helpful. I can't speak highly enough about the real customer service and courtesy shown. We live about 45 minutes from here and this is our go to place from now on. I WILL recommend to everybody I know and be more than happy to endorse these guys on facebook. Superb, def five star.”

“As a family we have been using the Cannock branch of Mr Tyre for a number of years. At 1st it was about being the most competitive price, but now I don’t price check anywhere else as the service we receive from all the staff at this branch is a breath of fresh air!! “Really good team in Daventry. Went in to ask if my tyres needed doing they checked and explained to me why they needed replacing and what to look out for. Booked them to replace the front tyres and do MOT. They then contacted me straight away saying it failed MOT but quoted me on overall price for them to resolve the failure issue, tyres and MOT and then they did it in 2 days. Retest was free. They gave excellent service and lovely team. Really good price as well. Definitely recommend them.”
