“went on the off chance with 3 slow punctures. 2 tyres near limit so renewed & 1 had run flat so scrap. good advice & was more like a pit stop with 3 fitters. Many thanks Jamie, Bart & Ash.”

“I am classed as clinically extremely vulnerable for Covid , needed two tyres booked and able to drive car into workshop myself so no risk of contamination.tyres fitted by two guys in about twenty minutes, great with no risk to me as I waited in the car park , well done”

“Had a puncture. How annoying is that? Not with the response of Mr. Tyres gulson Road. the staff were excellent and quickly diagnosed a repairable tyre which was swiftly taken and repaired. I was soon back on the road with an explanation of how to drive for a short time to enable the pressure sensors to re-set. First Class!! Thank you.”

“Excellent service, very professional! Was unsure whether I needed to purchase brand new tyres before my MOT as it had been a while since I’d changed them. I asked if they could take a look and a gentleman name Callum checked them and was very honest in saying they’re all fine. The opportunity for him to be dishonest was there but it was taken. Saved me a bit of money! Will for sure be back in the future!!”

“I had 2 tyres fitted to the back of my van today, I have used Mr Tyre Ltd Coventry a few times now but never left a review. The guys there are always polite and welcoming, and great to chat to about cars, motorbikes and things in general. The fitter today was particularly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing speedy service. The guys got me in straight away, very attentive, explained every point in the process. “Lichfield branch:- "WOW" Office staff couldn't do enough to go above the call of duty. Tuesday 1st December 17.30 pm. The tyre was on the delivery van from the supplier and was held up (new driver probably not knowing the route). I waited over an hr which wasn't a problem! The offer of coffee and a discount on my next Mot. A big thank you for your customer service and quality of service. A great customer experience when things go not quite as quick as they normally do. Peugeot RCZ..... Thank you.....”

“Ordered new tyres through " blackcircles". Decided to have them fitted by Mr.Tyre Ltd based on reviews and the fact that they can do 4 wheel alignment, (SUV) ! Unfortunately, wrong size tyres sent by "Blackcircles". Returned a week later, tyres fitted and balanced without a problem. Colin, who was attending to my car pointed out that at some time a front wheel nut had been overtightened and had damaged the stud, it is worth pointing out that they do not use airguns to tighten wheel nuts but torque wrenches. They also check your alloys beforehand for damage ! I had my backs swapped to the front and the news tyres on the back, all four perfectly balanced. I had also requested a four wheel alignment check, which was carried out and because no adjustment was required, l was not charged, something other establishments could learn from. The Peterborough branch has a modern light and airy workshop and a comfortable waiting area in the reception. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the service timely and efficient. I've had a good experience and l hope you will too!”
