“I contacted Mr Tyre Carlton Road and spoke to John about a damaged tyre. He gave me advice regarding a replacement. He was very knowledgable about a variety tyres I could choose from i.e: positives/negatives and prices and gave me his recommendation. He had to order the tyre in which arrived promptly and he straight away booked me in. Fitting was quick and John and Kris were very polite and professional. I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends/family.”

“Was searching this morning for a tyre for my vectra ,tried half a dozen places,all said would have to order it,one place quoted me 100pnds,but called mr.tyre,went down had tyre n tracking done under 80pnds,polite guys gives u straight,no hidden charges see you guys soon many thanks”

“Paul and his colleague were so helpful and efficient. He put my favourite tyres Goodyear vector seasons on my honda hrv. Great job competitive price very very pleased. This is third visit in last 3 months for tyres had other car done same tyres. Always top notch service”

“The Kidderminster branch diagnosed the fault in the exhaust sensor but due to furlough of staff sent me to Redditch. The manager was very helpful and informative ordered the new sensor on Wednesday. I returned today Thursday and they fitted the new sensor straight away. Back on the road. Thank you all for your help. Ron McCartney.”

“So I have just been to the one in Farnworth and they guys there were amazing. I went in with a rattling heat shield. One of the guys took my car for a drive came back out it on a different ramp and found the pesky heat shield. Next minuet 3 guys were working on my car to get it fixed quickly. All I can say is that they were so helpful and they fixed it! No problem 😉 good job! 🥳”

“Normanton Branch- absolutely amazing team who never fail to deliver a fantastic service. Positive customer support and deal with queries even when they are soo busy! It’s my go to garage after the help and quick fix to my car (DPF). The manager really bent over backwards to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Highly recommended for any car issues, service or MOT.”

“Louth/Lincoln Mr Tyres. I had a service with them in late Feb/ March 2020 and it transpired there was a fault with a new part-the fuel filter. 3 weeks later this lead to a breakdown and a serious problem- all as Covid 19 was impacting. The response of the Louth and Lincoln Mr Tyres was excellent from the point of my first discussion with them. A full repair, valet and needed MOT all completed with no charge. Things sometimes go wrong, no matter that we all work at our best professional level. I can only judge staff- Lee and Andy on how they put things right for me and that was five star. It was an uncomfortable experience for everyone, but I cannot criticise their response at all. I will keep using them. My car works better now than it did before the problem!”
