“Well what can I say about this branch, amazing customer service where nothing that is too much trouble with friendly, polite staff. I bought my BMW 1 series in for an engine issue, the fault was not so straight forward but with the high experience of the branch manager, Steve Biddle, and his colleague, James Parkes, they got it fixed and got me back on the road. They have won me over as a customer and I will be using these guys moving forward. Massive thank you Steve and James, you really were my heroes of the hour :)”

“I used the Sutton Branch on the Kings Rd, near the Beggars Bush, Birmingham. It was a great service, no up selling, called the following day as they said they would and fitted the tyres at the agreed time. Josh and James did a professional job. Will recommend to friends.”

“Absolutely First Class service, agreed atime with Lee the Manager after a 48 hour change of my doing, ordered my tyres on line, also had a Wheel Balance Check and the today team made a minor adjustment. Four tyres about an hour, always like a visit to this branch. A bench outside would be good. Thanks Sean (Shaun)”

“I contacted Mr Tyre Carlton Road and spoke to John about a damaged tyre. He gave me advice regarding a replacement. He was very knowledgable about a variety tyres I could choose from i.e: positives/negatives and prices and gave me his recommendation. He had to order the tyre in which arrived promptly and he straight away booked me in. Fitting was quick and John and Kris were very polite and professional. I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends/family.”

“Was searching this morning for a tyre for my vectra ,tried half a dozen places,all said would have to order it,one place quoted me 100pnds,but called mr.tyre,went down had tyre n tracking done under 80pnds,polite guys gives u straight,no hidden charges see you guys soon many thanks”

“The Kidderminster branch diagnosed the fault in the exhaust sensor but due to furlough of staff sent me to Redditch. The manager was very helpful and informative ordered the new sensor on Wednesday. I returned today Thursday and they fitted the new sensor straight away. Back on the road. Thank you all for your help. Ron McCartney.”
