Hello I went to mr tyre today for service my car and when I went to pay the price was different from what I was told The manager was very rude he embarrassed me in front of other customers there .I have been going there for 20 years and never had experienced anything like this I come out almost in tears 😢 I am not going back unless old manager is back MATT .All other staff is very friendly thank you 🙏🏼

Took my car into your louth branch as my ASB light was on all the time. Was told it would have to go on a computer to check it. I brought it back the next day for the test but after the test I was surprised to be told that fault was not something that your company could do and I need to take it to a garage that did electronics. Feel I should have been advised before the test that there may be some fault found that you could not mend so I could decide wheather it was worth paying you for the check when I may have to pay another one at a more comprehensive facility. I have used your company for many years now and have always been very happy with the service I have received and have not hesitated to recommend your services to my friends. I have now booked another test which will cost me a further £79.99 as no garage will accept some other companys test.

Dear Pam, I understand your point, however the diagnostic scan fee is purely to determine what the fault is and when that's determined we can usually rectify it. In this particular case the issue was related to electronics and that usually requires a specialist. It's possible that the other garage will have the same issue. As you are a regular customer, that has always been happy with the service, we will credit your next invoice with the scan fee from this visit. booked a basic oil and filter change service for 10am 21-10-19 ( after having a major service at the same branch 12 months ago ) arrived at 9-50 am said that i wished to wait for my car , was told that they were to busy and i would have to leave the car with them until the service could be carried out , i had traveled from coleshill , not good enough - i had pre booked for 10am for a job that should not take more than 20 mins

I apologise for this, it is very difficult to keep to exact times, although we had almost completed a service and your vehicle would have been on the lift in 20 minutes. This would have only been 10 minutes after your appointment time. Our Assistant Manager asked if you could leave the car with us as many people prefer not to wait whilst work is completed. Once he knew you had travelled from Coleshill he tried to explain that we wouldn't be long, but you didn't appear to have the time. We pride ourselves on giving very good levels of service, and it is disappointing when a customer feels let down. I hope that you will appreciate that we always try our best, and if there is an issue with a booking for a vehicle immediately before yours we have a duty to complete it properly. Quote for 1 oil to VW spec 504/507 then fit a Mobil oil not of 504/507 spec and have overtightened a bracket torx bolt and damaged the star in the bolt they were last to touch. Previously they also overtightened wheelnuts but I went back.... If I'd had a puncture at 2am I'd have been stuffed.

First time of using this company bassed at St Georges in Telford. I arrived prior to my appointment time, to be first ignored and walked away from in reception, then when they returned and I confirmed my appointment for four tyres to be told that there busy, I'd have to wait and it would be doubtful if it would be done within an hour. I would have been happy to just rebook a different time but the person was rude and unhelpful and obviously not interested in customer service I left never to return.

After having 2 tyres fitted very quickly on inspection of my alloys on return to home I noticed both wheels had gouge marks in the same position, chewing up the paint approx 1 cm long. After challenging the manager about this he kept denying that they had made the marks. After getting fustrated with them fobbing me off he eventually told me very inpolitely where to go. No way to treat a customer even if I was getting very annoyed with them for clearly making the damage.

Visited a branch "Mr tyre Redditch Worcestershire " , had some work done on my vehicle to pass MOT test after it had failed to pass. The work on my vehicle seemed to be good standard off work. But when i came to pay I tried to question why the invoice receipt that was given to me after I paid my total, failed to include any details of my name or home address which should in theory be used to allocate payment to my account. The fitters were extremely dismissive and unhelpful in explaining this to me why no details were included for payment, and when I mentioned a previous receipt I had received from them had another customers name and address on it, (the one from the MOT) they had done, which I might add I had paid by cash as well, again the fitters got irate and dismissive saying he couldn't change it, and "if i hadn't off paid up last Saturday I wouldn't have made it out", and I think he meant , out of the building". Nice. Considering I use Mr tyre every year and have done so for the last 10 years, the service was disgusting, the fitter were moody , unfriendly and unhelpful. And even when I asked to see the work before I paid for it, they seemed put out. Not good. I don't think I'll be using them in 2017.
