In a world of poor service for overpriced costs Steve Biddle and his team, at the Tamworth branch, are a shining oasis. Somehow fitting me in at short/very short notice to address a problem with my front left wheel, which started making noises on my journey to Tamworth, he and his team were friendly, professional and understanding. The problem was quickly diagnosed and addressed. When I looked at the defective part after it had been removed I was in shock. 'That could have been the cause of a terrible crash........you saved my life and my children's lives.' What would have happened if they hadn't somehow shoehorned me in is too awful and frightening to think about. In short, Steve and his team set a very high standard other garages, through experience, fail to reach.
