“Work was done fine at a very competitive price. My only complaint is about the chaotic mix of automated and manual systems that the company uses. You select a branch, a date for the work, book and pay for it using using an online system. You then get an email asking you to phone the branch to get an appointment time(?!). When you arrive at the branch you are 'requested' to fill in a paper form which which asks the same questions as the online system did. Why? The desk sergeant at the branch was most insistent. He even had the cheek to mutter something about it being 'part of the contract' when I remonstrated. What cobblers...”

“Booking online was really easy. Mr Clutch is the only service provider that provided a COMPLETE list of all the tasks that would be carried out depending on the package purchased, so that you can see what you were paying for. I opted for the Gold Plus. I know, I got quotes from a few MOT providers and they were vague at best.
Dropped the car off before 10am. I am fairly lucky as I live right round the corner from them so was able to leave the car with them and get on with my day.
Called them later and said I was running late, would they mind waiting for me to get there to pick up the car, even though they were closing. They said no problem.
First time I have used them, first impressions, 5 stars. Of course, not had a chance to drive the car much yet to see how good the car runs and how good a job they have done, as I am writing this the same evening. But they have offered advice for a couple of issues they found, which I will follow up on, and also said the car looks good for her age, 14 years, and had no problems with the MOT or servicing.

“I booked my air-con re-gas online after calling the Swindon branch to check if they were open on Bank Holiday Monday (1st May). It was all very easy to do and the branch reception person was very polite, efficient and helpful.
On the day I arrived 10 mins early for my 10am appointment and although I was warned it could take an hour to complete, the job was done by 10:15.
A happy customer. I've yet to test the air-con fully but it seems to be working when I used it briefly.”
