“Thorough , get on with the job -and staff are very pleasant . And the price for my major repairs were very reasonable My second year going for MOT won’t be going anywhere else now .”

“I've been using the Southend branch for MOT'S and servicing for many years. Always a very polite and helpful guy on the desk. Never pushy if repairs needed after failed mot.”

“Made an appointment at Mr Clutch Southend to have my vehicle looked at due to having an issue with clutch pedal failing to return fully whem removing my foot from the pedal. I was immediately advised of three possible causes and given prices for the best and worst case scenario. Upon full diagnostic I was advised my master amd slave cylinders were failing and required replacement. Work was completed and I am back non the road. Staff were great very helpful amd kept me informed at all times. Would definitely recommend”
