Staff were great ,the boss man didn't get his name but we will call him SIlver fox,silver fox was very polite ,spoke to us every time he came to front desk,on this particular day they were very busy and silver fox was answering the phone every 5 mins ,his telephone manner was exemplary ,pleasant and polite even remembering customers from their voices,using customers manes when he spoke to them ,this really impressed us.
Quick but thorough MOT test ,overall really happy with Mr Clutch so we will be returning with our second car later on in year

“Booked an MOT online, then tried to cancel the next morning, no offer of a refund, with the reasoning being that they would be unable to re book the slot, I found this hard to believe as they were almost 100% booked for that week and the slot that i had booked was the last one available.
I was told i could change the booking to another day which i requested for next year however was told the diary only went as far ahead as july.
I was told that they would pass on my complaint to head office to review however i have had no contact.
updated 21/04 - following my above raised issue I did have a call from the customer services team who have refunded my mot charge, I am very happy with how this has been resolved and would not hesitate in using mr clutch again.”

“I booked an MOT on the Internet with the Crawley branch. When I turned up in the morning they didn't have my booking and asked me to forward the confirming email. I was delayed in sending the email and have not heard anything since. I was unable to phone them due to work and I'm now sitting at work at 6.30 with no way of getting home and no news on my car. Not impressed at all.”
