“What a rip off! I should have gone with my gut the first time they failed one of my vehicles on an MOT for a light bulb which they then wanted the earth to replace and then another charge to re-test. Now to fail on a borderline tyre and say £75 to replace the tyre and another £10 for a re-test laughable! Don't for a second thing that they're cheap MOT's are a bargain! They find a way to add on the costs every time! Better off spending a little more somewhere else and get someone that doesn't find ways to up the price at every opportunity!”

Maybe the person at reception would introduce himself/herself and supply the MOT cert in a company folder/envelope instead handing it as a sheet of paper
