“I arrived a little early and my car was immediately taken in for air con re-gassing... booked via Wowcher for a great deal and was expecting a bit less of a service for paying such a low price, but not at all! “Overall I was happy with the end result of my experience. Booking a 'Bronze Service' online was quick and easy. The work was completed swiftly and to the standard that I'd expect.
The one thing that I didn't like, was the additional charge for fully synthetic oil. I understand that, if my car needs this, it will cost more. However it was an unpleasant surprise to find out I had to pay an extra £24.95 when I arrived on top of the £37.95 I'd already paid online.
It is stated on the website that, "Additional charges will apply where Fully Synthetic Oil is needed for your vehicle, and this can be added when booking online", though I think it would be much better to apply these charges upfront so the customer is clear on the total cost. When booking online I entered my reg number and confirmed the make and model of my car, so really the type of oil I needed ought to have been stated at that stage.
But all else was good, so there are no complaints regarding the service.”
