“After getting a quote at two local garages for front suspension coils and rear brake renewal I visited your Basingstoke depot
Elliot gave the suspension a visual inspection and informed me that it seemed nearside coil saw actually broken and tat it would need to be replaced.
As it was late afternoon I offered to bring it back in the morning.
What had not not been impressed on me before was the danger of driving the vehicle in this condition which Elliot and fitter Dan did,so I left vehicle there overnight.
Elliot called me the following morning gave me the price of work required which was substantially less than previously quoted by previous garages.
The vehicle was ready by early afternoon .
Elliot and Dan were both very helpful and considerate

New headlight quoted £150 OEM available at £50, exhaust parts twice other sites and finally suspension arms quoted at £37.50 each available for £27 the pair. Its a shame as their levels of service are very good and they are let down by inflated prices for parts.”
