“After booking my van in for its MOT at the Croydon branch and finding that their ramp was just too short to safely lift it, they kindly asked the Kingston branch if they could do it, which they could.
After I was told it had failed, the manager made sure that the parts needed were sourced and delivered the same day, a Saturday, so they could be fitted and my van passed through the MOT. This was vital as I am self-employed and cant work if I don't have my van, so I was very grateful indeed that it was all sorted.
As an added bonus, the manager is a big rugby fan as am I so he turned on the TV so that I didn't miss the game!
