“I went in to get an MOT test for my car.
The process was slow and the person that carried out the test was not helpful.
The car failed on two minor points:
1. Headlight beams were a little high.
2. The car had a small dent on the near side front wing and bumper.
The mechanic could have been helpful by offering to adjust the headlights and suggested a quick-fix solution to the bumper, such as taping over the dent, especially as I had informed him that the dent was mas made prior to the previous 2 or 3 tests. No advisories were issued in the past.”

Unfortunately, when turning up Mr. Clutch had no recollection of it actually being booked "as their Internet was down for over a week" either way they done a manual booking as they weren't that busy luckily.
Car passed first time which I presumed, as was low mileage and had performed a pre-mot before turning up. Although booked in for 10am and then manually booked for 12pm, car was all done by 11am but they forgot to inform me of this until I called up later that day at 2pm!
MOT passed but had advisories of engine covers (which is strange as they are manufacture fitted) and never highlighted before - but I guess this is based on the inability to remove to check underneath.
Ok service could've been better due to waiting around to collect car due to unmanned service desk. Cheap MOT, average service... Overall 3/5”
“I had my car booked in for a service with Citroen which would have cost me £378. I decided to shop around in case I could have got the same thing cheaper. I came across Mr Clutch and the person I spoke with was lovely. Very helpful and honest. He advised that I can get the same service with them which included a couple of things that Citroen were going to charge me extra for. He advised me to book online in order to save 5% but promised he would fit me in before the website advised. The service was quick and they didn't try to up-sell anything or charge me extra for work that wasn't needed. He explained everything very clearly. I had a great experience with them and will be returning every 6 months to maintain the upkeep of my car. Couldn't fault them! All in all, saved myself £200 too.”
