“The initial offer price was lower than some of the competitors but the offer price is what you get unlike others who knock you down when you arrive to sell it. I was told by WBAC that the final offer was £1000 less than quoted! They even come to you to collect the car instead of driving to a random place. Friendly, honest telephone advisors. No charge for bank transfer and no hidden admin fees - unlike WBAC. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the money to transfer - guy collecting the car had enough time for a cuppa! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick sale.”

They actually kept to all the promised terms and arrangements, not least the price agreed over the phone based on my full disclosure of all the negative as well as positive points about the car. That is exactly what I would expect and if they could do that, why couldn't others ? The guys came and collected the car at the time they indicated. Very polite and friendly.
