Only moan really was I was trying to set a time of between 11.00 and midday to collect the vehicle due to other appointments on the same day , but was told it could be anytime between 9.00 am and 5.00pm. Not what I was told during one of my earlier phone calls. Apart from that it all went very smoothly , and we were paid the agreed price.”

However I don't think Motorway provided all of the information that every company needed to provide an accurate quote, as the company which eventually bought my car didn't know the actual number of previous owners. The final deal price was also noticeably lower than the headline price shown by Motorway, but I know that's a common practice of the companies and not any fault of Motorway.”
