“I found Monsterplumb when searching for the best price for a replacement Honeywell CM707 heating controller. The website is very easy to use, I ordered the device on Friday afternoon and it was delivered by Parcel Force Monday morning. The product was well packaged and worked perfectly out of the box. “Submitted my online order for 16 Drayton TRVs on a Sunday morning, and had a very prompt response by email from Monsterplumb to say that they only had the TRVs with lockshields, but no problem, the lockshields would be removed fronm the packages so that there would be no delay in receiving the TRVs. The parcel with the TRVs arrived as promised two days later on the Tuesday. For customer service and value for money this was unsurpassable.”
