“I ordered a new Honeywell heating programmer from Monster Plumb. Not only was the price extremely competitive, but the service was superb. It arrived the next day but the packaging looked a little the worse for wear from its travels. I warned Monster Plumb that there was a potential problem, and received an email back within the hour telling me that if there was a problem the item would be replaced immediatly. Not only that, but MP would be reviewing their packaging. As it turned out, all was OK. Very pleased, and would certainly use again.”
