“Moneyplus is good but they need to learn to use the information they have to their benefit. They need to stop all these repetitive questions, annual reviews asking the same question over and over again. Their heart is in the right place but they need to be more efficient and effective in the application of their time and their customers”

“An excellent Financial Management Company offering the best advice for each particular circumstance. Annual Reviews to keep in touch & ensure all arrangements are affordable, as income & expenditure change from year to Year. Friendly, Courteous & Understanding staff are very efficient when the need arises and their advice is usually very helpful. If there was one criticism, then it would be that original Creditors & references disappear from view on the Database & Listings, so making difficult to relate back to the Original Creditor or Bank, without raising a specific query. My recent review was very thorough & helpful.”
