“She was very good and she seem to understand our needs very well. I would recommend her to speak to anybody dealing with an embarrassing situation when you have got yourself into too much debt and you’re struggling. And she was very well mannered as well and lots of patience”

“I spoke with a gentleman called Mat who was lovely and I felt at ease straight away with him. Natasha Layland was absolutely amazing with me to. I can't thank you enough because this debt was making me feel so ill to the point I wouldn't answer my phone.
