“Didn’t make me happy. Sent me email asking to book review and it got cancelled and rearranged for weeks later. When received call no customer service just reading off screen following protocol no personal touch and not interested in me as a person. No rapport building as a customer or relationship building as never spoken to this particular advisor before. Previous advisor took time to know me and was genuine wanting to help not just in it for pay packet. thank god I haven’t got to speak to them for another year.”

“I wasn't sure what to do at first but my uncertainty was gone in the first few minutes after talking to Kev Walters. Kev was amazing he was patient, understanding, knowlegeble and very helpful. He explained everything to me in a very simple but effective manner. After our discussions I was left with hope and great optimism for the future. “I spoke to a lovely man called Kev, he made me feel calm throughout the whole phone call and we even had a good laugh. I had a lot of questions and he answered them perfectly and gave me the reassurance I need! He made me comfortable in my future plans of wanting to buy a house and my credit score scares. Overall he was an absolute dream and I’m glad I’ve got him as my account manager”
