“Day made!!! After struggling with money for what seems like forever, I have admittedly spent the morning in tears feeling like I had no where to turn. After building up debt since I was at University full time, I thought an IVA or bankruptcy were my only options and the prospects of this terrified me. Despite being embarrassed, this was my reason for calling today. When I was put through to Kev, my mood instantly changed. I never thought I could have such a laugh with a stranger who made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my current situation. He was completely personable, professional and ensured all my questions were answered. He was also such a funny, caring and genuine person who really made me think differently about the position I am in and how it can quite easily be rectified. I honestly can’t thank him enough for making my day! P.S - Please give this man a pay rise so he can get his family more than just a card this Christmas!! 😀”
