“James the representative I spoke to was helpful and efficient. He went above and beyond to sort my query out. Also, very polite and friendly person who made me feel that my query was important. I would like to give James a plaudit please. It makes a huge difference dealing with someone who is efficient but also has emotional intelligence. The previous representative I spoke to for example was not of this calibre and actually gave me incorrect information about how Money Plus go about for informing creditors of a customer's change of address. James was able to rectify this for me and I spoke to him on 2 occasions.”
