“June was lovely, helpful and understandi g.”

“They take your money and keep it for ages without paying your debts off! They do not get in touch! So you ring them and the persons busy they say they will call you back but never do. Sent 3 emails no replies. Request a call at a certain time and they call you a completely different time and date! Even though ive paid them an instalment, they said they cant pay them off as they dont have creditor details 1 2 weeks after. What have they been doing for 2 week? Claiming intrest probably! Charge over the odds, and 2 months after i payed them creditors have sold my debts on? Now where has my money gone? Awful avoid”

“Dominic was polite, efficient, friendly yet professional, informative and a pleasure to speak to. Thanks to Dominic i now feel less stressed and have confidence in MoneyPlus. I have spoken to other debt management services and the customer service level was no way near the standard that Dominic was at. Debts have been a constant stress for almost a year now and a simple phonecall with Dominic has made me feel so much better, i honestly couldn't fault him and i can honestly say i wouldn't have got a debt management plan if it wasn't for him. I can't thank him enough and i really hope he is recognised for being brilliant at his job. You should probably give him a payrise too! :) Thanks for everything Dominic!”
