“Initially I was put through from another company and I had spent over 3 days talking to this person so I was not told why I was being moved to another company. This needs to be changed and a better explanation of why this happened. However Sunnil really helped me and made sense of what I needed to do. I now have a debt management plan in place and feel more in control. Thankyou Sunill”
