“The person who I dealt with I believe he was called Josh, he was so kind and lovely. I was so stressed and have been dealing with my debt and I broke down on the phone to him but he was so wonderful and patient with me, made me feel like I wasn’t alone. Thank you so much Josh you made all this so much easier”
