“I couldn’t rate money plus this high until I started dealing with Paula in the specialist care team. Nothing is too much trouble. She listens, actually cares about the individual and advises to help through the difficult times to get me to becoming debt free. She has listened to my circumstances and advised professionally every time. She keeps in contact and calls when says she is going to. Best thing money plus done was employer her and could learn a lot from her morals and the way she approaches her role. Can’t fault her one bit she is a credit and asset. Being in debt and asking for help are massive things to face however Paula has helped me cope in every aspect. I am now more positive (as was difficult to deal with at times) but she persevered and didn’t give up”
