“Speaking about my financial difficulties is daunting enough. But after speaking with Rui, who I might add was a pleasure to speak with really did ease me knowing I had support through and through. After going into further depth regards to my situation and arranging a plan I really do feel like a weight had been lifted. If anyone is going through something similar I urge you to speak with Rui. I genuinely feel like I was speak with a friend that understood and didn't judge. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Rui with his time, dedication and help with only the best of intentions to help. I am forever grateful I got this sorted with you!”

“Had my annual review today.....time was taken to go through everything in detail and regularly asked if everything was correct and OK. Totally made to feel at ease and everything made simple to understand. Advice was given and explained as to which options suit me best and was not hassled Into any decisions. Information was emailed promptly to me and the online portal was easy to use and the documents were easy to sign and send back online. Extremely satisfied with today's call and advice”
