“My initial call was slightly worrying - as someone in debt, being called by a number causes that anxiety. But I could not be more happy to have picked up the phone. My account handler, Kai, was incredibly warm, human and understanding about my circumstances, and was both knowledgable and reassuring. Whilst I'm only starting my plan with them, I can feel the weight lifted already!”
