Advisors always very helpful and I don't feel judged for my situation. Spoke to Tracey last night to complete my review. Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed temporarily so I have had to reduce my payments considerably. Tracy was very thorough and understanding. I had dreaded my review but felt like a weight had been lifted once the call was done.”
