“Whilst sat up most nights wondering how we can survive I looked at Money Plus and I am gutted I never saw this earlier. I was drowning in debt and after a call all was managed in a swift call, everyhting was explained in a very clear call, my account manager explained in great detail what we would need to do and how it was worked out, I am so happy and will sleep well tonight knowing my family are in safe hands. “Generally very helpful and their people seem amiable. A positive experience overall. However, they do have an unfortunate habit of sending requests for information they have already received or that`s not relevant. These are generated automatically, I think. They really ought to fix that. When you put your finances in someone else`s hands, you don`t want to see any suggestion that they might not be a hundred percent on the ball.”
