“I was really anxious when I initially texted for help, I have been trying to manage the situation myself and it was only getting worse. I was put through to Daniel, after putting me at ease we began the process. I don’t want to avoid paying my debts it’s just circumstances have changed and I need time without further costs being added. We reached a solution to enable me to make a payment I can afford.”
