“Collection of items was well coordinated. However when a review had been completed of the items sent, no detailed explanation is provided in relation to the rationale for a revised valuation. Or the opportunity to discuss - just a generic email.”

“It worked well. The price was reduced due to my own decision on the condition the tech was in. They were very fair, pointed out the issues, offered to post it back free of charge or made a sensible counter offer. Money was in my account an hour later. Recommended and I will use them again.”

“Generally very pleased with outcome of sending an old phone, a tablet and a smartwatch. My query about the reason for a revised offer was dealt with quickly and politely, and received the money promptly after that was resolved. Would use again.”

“Item was processed quickly but Money4MyTech disputed the condition of my phone ! They suggested there were 2 "deep blemishes" on the screen so substantially reduced my offer. To be fair, rather than simply returning my phone, they contacted me to check if I wanted it returned - I replied stating that the "deep blemishes" they were referring to were simply "polishing marks" - they re-evaluated the figure they were offering and increased the offer as a result, near enough in line with what I was hoping / expecting, so all worked out well enough in the end. Good communication and funds received quickly after dispute resolved. RECOMMENDED”

“Sent a very old laptop back to M4MT as they were the only ones who even had it on their system. The whole process was very straight forward and easy to figure out. Once I shipped the package the response time was very fast, faster than I suspected it would be and I am very impressed how fast they managed to process the order. If you have any really old tech which you don't need, these are the best for it, would definitely recommend.”
