“Very smooth experience. The package came with strong protection and was very easy to pack up and send back. The emails updated me along the way so I knew what stage I was at and the payment came in about two days after sending it off. Overall very easy and transparent. I received a revised offer that I had to agree or disagree to, as the platform's price quoting system has left me a bit unsure about how to specify my machine's condition. It had an elevated track pad, but the rest was fully functional, so I gave it the 'Average' condition. Apparently that was not entirely right. So my only negative would be that the quoting system could maybe benefit from a bit of refining, otherwise very positive experience.”

“Great price and quick payment. The reason why I did not give a five start is because there was some issues with collection. It says it was collecting in Sunday but came on Saturday and then it did not come and said it will come on Sunday instead. Fine but then it came on Monday instead. Which was a bit annoying I was waiting and waiting. But I guess it was the courier problem.”

“This is how it should be stress free everything else was easy as 123 .i had a god clear put never realised what I had that we did not use any more and everything was exactly as was stated pick t up on time. Communication. Was good payment send and received no hassle so if you need some spare cash from your unused items I recom money 4 tech good service miss linzi”

“Very good experience with this company. Slight issue when they inspected the laptop however was swiftly sorted when we could confirm that the issue was in fact there due to a repair rather than damage from myself. This raised my price to the next band. Good customer service, quick replies and knowledgable staff.”

“Overall very easy to sell my laptop. A delivery man arrived with a box for me to put my laptop in free of charge as I didn't have any packaging to do so and sent it off to get inspected. After a day I got a reply with an estimated value of my laptop. Originally it was meant to be £200 but they found a fault with the power key and lowered it to £130. After I disputed this being an issue as I had never had a problem with any of the keys they bumped up the price to £165 as they were aware that this is a manufacturer problem not one caused by me.”

“Initially came back with a lower price than expected for my Apple Watch. It’s possible I underestimated the condition but I also didn’t think it was as bad as the next grade down. M4MT were flexible enough to consider this and subsequently increased their offer (not the original offer but still pretty generous). Payment by bank transfer came through that same day. Highly recommended!”
