“Fast and efficient from sending my old tech to having it processed and receiving payment. I found it a little difficult to find specific devices on website - ability to search with serial number would be good otherwise good service.”

“All the interactions with M4MT was good, and they paid as they said. The only reason for a 4 star, is that the courier they used (DPD in this case) took an extraordinary number of days to take the item from house to the company. That needs following up by M4MT. But a good company to work with, and i would use again”

“Was ok payment was sent but they said there was a dent don’t believe this to be true however it could be from dpd but I got £100 which I wanted so that’s fine”

“overall the service was good. The only fault with there service was they didn’t pay the same day as promised. They paid 3pm following day. Would use again”

“Sent 2 laptops which were straightforward to send via Royal Mail. Unfortunately did not get the price quoted which was disappointing as I had completed the form to the best of my knowledge accurately. Prompt response and the money was credited quickly into my account.”

“Was impressed with how easy it was to actually arrange the return. Was disappointed when I was told my goods weren't as stated, saying I needed a new battery when there was no battery warning on the item itself. However, when I rang and queried it, they verified that although the tests stated the battery needed replacing there was no battery health warning on the item itself, so they agreed to honour the original quote, which was the best outcome I could hope for. If I use this service again, though I will take a picture of the battery health screen before I send it off.”

“I tried this service first time to sell a very old & a several years old laptops. As both devices were old & bit confusing for me to know the memory & other technical issues, the company first checked, sent an email to inform & then wanted confirmation if happy to receive revised price for the laptops. All throughout, I was kept informed of all the checks & procedures via emails. Quite impressed with the service. Will use again when selling more devices.”
