“Initially came back with a lower price than expected for my Apple Watch. It’s possible I underestimated the condition but I also didn’t think it was as bad as the next grade down. M4MT were flexible enough to consider this and subsequently increased their offer (not the original offer but still pretty generous). Payment by bank transfer came through that same day. Highly recommended!”

“Although the website isn’t as straight forward once your trade in is processed they are actually amazing. Come down to collect my phone and take it away no hassle… kept me updated aswell so thank you”

“Good and prompt and stuck to the quoted price. Only criticism is that the update process wasnt as good as expected and i had to email to find out where in the process it was. Other than that cant grumble”
