“They said there was scratches on the phone when there wasn’t as phone had always had a screen protector on it all the time. So they changed the condition from good to average . Which dropped the price massively. Will not be using this company again due to this.”

“Sent my galaxy tab 9+5gto this company , it was 3 weeks old .. I had set it up , realised it wasn't whst I wanted so factory reset it .. and put back in box .. I was quoted 95 pounds, they gave me a revised price after they received it of £61 pounds, as it had deep scratches apparently .. really ?? I took photos of it before I sent it off .. and it had no scratches .it was brand new... this obviously is how they work... give a price then lower it once they receive it ... I won't use this company again ...”

“Was offered £135 for my phone which in my opinion was of really good standard. I received an email to say my phone wasn’t of the standard I had described and my offer was reduced by a huge amount to £78 which I feel was shocking to take of around £50 for a few light marks on the back of the device. These companies always do this sort of thing and it’s pretty disgusting when devices are of really good standard and they can decide to drop the price to whatever they want.”

“Laptop was already quoted at a very low price but I went with it for ease. No box or packaging provided as promised. Laptop was sent in immaculate condition but they still changed the quote and knocked it down. No explanation as to why. It was already wiped as advised so no point getting it back. Feel scammed. Extremely gutted. Do not recommend at all.”

“We supplied (in various states of scratchiness and with one aftermarket battery): 2 x Amazon Fire, 1 x iphone SE gen 1, 1x iphone7, 1 x chromebook (with broken screen). Our offer was for £7 (and was only for the iphone 7) which was reduced to £4 on receipt of the items. Seems crazy considering the original value of the items and the supposed recyclablable value of the materials. Also felt mean since other recyclers were offering an initial £20 on the iphone 7 but I went with these guys beacase they'd take all the other stuff in one hit.”
