“I wanted to write a review as most people who have wrote reviews seem to have had no issues at all with their sold items. I want to address how this company deals with issues customers may have. I sold my iPad and I put it in the condition of brand new. After inspection, they contacted me to tell me this was not in a brand new condition due to not being sealed, but they still gave me a goodwill gesture and paid almost the exact same as what the new iPad was valued. Money received the same day also. Customer service was fast and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend for a safe and secure sale for a great price.”

“Sold my MacBook through M4MT. The whole process was straightforward and pretty quick too. I’ve not sold any tech using this method, so was a little nervous. I’m not used to sending hundreds of pounds worth of tech through the Mail. I needn’t have worried. I was able to print the delivery label at home, packaged up my tech and took it to the P.O. Within a day I received an email acknowledging receipt of my item and was paid by bank transfer the next day. I even emailed M4MT for an update and was sent a polite, professional response which eased any concerns I had. In summary, great service, professional and will deffo use again. Highly recommended”

“Confirming the devices for recycling, the anticipated values and the postage was all very easy. Emails and online account details kept me updated of a smooth process from receipt of the package to payment. Checking and payment took a day longer than the emails initially suggested, but it was all done within 24 hours of receipt and 3 days from my initial enquiry. All good; thanks!”

“My experience of selling a used Samsung mobile phone went smoothly enough. It was a straightforward matter of packaging the item and using the pre-printed mailing label. They acknowledged receipt of the item the following day and managed the assessment the same day also. Unfortunately, an excuse was found to lower the price offered upon the pretext of it having undue scratches on the screen. I did not state the phone was in pristine condition and the price they initially quoted should have reflected this fact. I accepted the revised offer, but will not use the service again, however.”
