“My experience of selling a used Samsung mobile phone went smoothly enough. It was a straightforward matter of packaging the item and using the pre-printed mailing label. They acknowledged receipt of the item the following day and managed the assessment the same day also. Unfortunately, an excuse was found to lower the price offered upon the pretext of it having undue scratches on the screen. I did not state the phone was in pristine condition and the price they initially quoted should have reflected this fact. I accepted the revised offer, but will not use the service again, however.”

“Thanks to an article in The Daily Mail I came across M4MT. Dealing with this company was extremely easy from receiving the offer and having money in my bank account only 1 day after sending my item to them. All email updates during the process were clear and concise. My only comment is that I wish this company had a higher Google profile so that I could have avoided some of the other so-called tech buyers out there.”

“Not all that impressed. Took a week to receive payment and having sent them a pristine device it apparently was damaged in transit which resulted in a lower offer. Is it a scam ?? Hard to say but won’t use again”

“Accepted their offer which was the most competitive found. Followed the simple sending process. Good communication throughout. Didn't have any of the usual issues of a company trying to reduce the offer price due to"made up" defects. Got my money paid in promptly. All good.”

“Easy to use, did what it said on the tin. Got my money promptly and as expected. They even quoted for a piece of tech but on the list. Just ask. I sent quite a lot and it ended up in three separate parcels. They could be clearer on how to print multiple labels. Worked it out in the end but not clear. That said, still brilliant!”

“Great Service. So efficient. I put it through on their website, created an account seamlessly so I could track my order. Within two days of sending it off I got paid. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Would recommend them to anyone. Better price than a certain site that comes to mind.”
