“Very smooth transaction. I logged my order, printed the postage label and sent in my device. 2 working days later Money4mytech acknowledged receipt and said they were checking my device was as described. Later that day the funds were received by my bank. Couldn't have gone better! Thank you”

“I have used money4mytech multiple times over the years and have always received a professional service from them regarding my trade in's. “Absolutely brilliant company. The process was so easy, after I'd already had problems with other companies. You can easily provide a report of the condition, documenting any issues, and get a valuation based on this. My device was collected from my home by Royal Mail - no need to take it to the post office and postage is free. And within a few days the money was in my account. The whole process took less than a week, and the amount paid was the amount quoted, no unexpected surprises. Even though my old laptop had some issues I was still able to get paid for it. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Not looked at for a week after arrival as per DPD tracking. Laptop was in as declared condition when it left me. Photos sent of damage when looked at. Eventually settled, but not a smooth or quick transaction as promised.”
