Was impressed with how easy it was to actually arrange the return. Was disappointed when I was told my goods weren't as stated, saying I needed a new battery when there was no battery warning on the item itself. However, when I rang and queried it, they verified that although the tests stated the battery needed replacing there was no battery health warning on the item itself, so they agreed to honour the original quote, which was the best outcome I could hope for. If I use this service again, though I will take a picture of the battery health screen before I send it off.
